– Monumental Sports & Entertainment Foundation is hosting an auction featuring items from the 2018 Coors Light Stadium Series. Proceeds will benefit Monumental Sports & Entertainment Foundation.
The auction features autographed Stadium Series jerseys and pucks, among other items. The auction also features three United States Naval Academy Midshipman’s uniform caps autographed by Nicklas Backstrom, John Carlson, Evgeny Kuznetsov, Braden Holtby, T.J. Oshie and Alex Ovechkin. Proceeds from the hats will benefit the U.S. Naval Academy Men’s Hockey team, Best Buddies, and the USA Warriors.

The United States Naval Academy Men’s Hockey team competes in the Eastern Collegiate Hockey Association (ECHA), a Division 1 league of the American Collegiate Hockey Association (ACHA). As a Club Sport at the Naval Academy, Navy Hockey depends on non-appropriated funding and private financial support to compete.
The USA Warriors, based out of Rockville, Maryland, encourages individuals who have disabilities incurred during military service to the United States to participate in the sport of ice hockey in an environment that is adapted to the level of their ability. The Program also supports the formation of “USA Warrior Hockey Programs” locally and nationally. The USA Warriors’ programs consist of standing team and sled or “sledge” hockey teams. The USA Warriors is a strictly volunteer organization.
